I felt working with kettlebells challenged me like I haven’t been challenged in a long time. After the seminar, using kettlebells as the workout solution for strength, flexibility, and endurance just made sense. I love having to focus on the movements, and how the exercises utilize every major muscle group in the body. Brad did an awesome job of simplifying each movement. It’s great being challenged, and a big plus is when using kettlebells it does not allow an individual to only go through the motions like what is common in today’s gyms. I’m looking forward to implementing kettlebells into my clients’ workouts in the near future…
